Eldoa and myofascial stretching

Focusing on the health of your spine is imperative for maintaining basic functions as we age. Strength training is great, cardio is helpful too, but if you are sticky, tight, or compressed in your spine, pelvis, and hips, your body ages itself due to lack of mobility and fluidity. Cue the mental image of said “old person hunched over walking across the street shuffling.” I think you get it. And we, WE got you! What exactly is ELDOA? ELDOA stands for Étirements Longitudinaux avec Decoaptation Ostéo-Articulaire and it is a type of exercise that focuses on creating space within the joints of the spine and other areas of the body. It's designed to improve posture, relieve pain, and increase flexibility by decompressing the spine.
